Last updated: 21 August 20261. Data controller
2. Data we may process
When a person contacts us through a form, email, WhatsApp or another enabled channel, we may process the data they voluntarily provide, such as name, contact details, service of interest and the content of the enquiry. Special-category data is not requested.
3. Purposes
- Respond to enquiries and information requests.
- Prepare quotations and take steps requested before a possible contract.
- Manage a professional relationship where a service is contracted.
- Handle incidents, support and service-related communications.
Unrelated marketing communications will not be sent without a valid legal basis and, where required, specific consent.
4. Legal basis
Depending on the request, processing may be based on pre-contractual steps requested by the individual, performance of a contract or consent given when voluntarily submitting an enquiry. Applicable legal obligations may justify additional processing.
5. Retention
Data will be kept for as long as needed to answer and manage the request. If a contractual relationship begins, data may be retained for the periods required by legal, tax and liability obligations. Enquiries that do not lead to a contract will be deleted or anonymised when no longer needed, unless there is a legitimate reason to retain them.
6. Recipients and service providers
Personal data is not sold. Providers needed for hosting, email, communications, website operation or support may have access under the appropriate legal arrangements. Where a provider involves an international data transfer, safeguards required by applicable law will be used.
7. Your rights
Individuals may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability where applicable, and may withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Requests may be sent to the business email shown in this policy once activated.
A complaint may also be lodged with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you believe processing does not comply with applicable rules.
8. Information at forms
The contact form will display a concise first-layer privacy notice alongside the relevant checkbox or button and link to this full policy. Before the final form is activated, we will verify that the wording and providers match the processing actually carried out.
